Mental Health First Aid Training (FREE!)

What to Expect:

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a skills-based training that teaches people to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health or substance use challenges, much like physical First Aid and CPR. Participants learn a 5-step Action Plan to recognize warning signs, provide help in crisis or non-crisis situations, and know where to seek additional assistance.

❋ Pre Work 

After you register you will be sent some pre-work to complete before the actual day of the class

❋ In Class Training 

You will have an in class training with a licensed instructor who will help you achieve your certification

❋ Small Group Setting 

We intentionally keep our class size small so you can get the most out of your training

❋ A Supportive Space

This is a safe and supportive space for you to learn and be comfortable asking questions.

Upon completion of the course you will receive a certificate for being a Mental Health First Aider and 8 CEUs!
