HSP of Carroll County offers several housing services for the community. Services include security deposit, temporary rental assistance, eviction prevention, permanent housing to chronically homeless and disabled persons. An application process is required to qualify for assistance. Services include case management, home visits, and referrals to HSP programs and other community resources for wrap-around support.

Recovery Awareness Foundation
The Recovery Awareness Foundation is dedicated to eliminating the stigma surrounding addiction by educating the public and advocating for those in long-term recovery as valued members of society. The Foundation takes a proactive approach through school-based prevention programs, Narcan training, treatment referrals, and financial assistance to help individuals access and afford recovery services. Through community events and coalition partnerships, they remain an active, visible presence for those seeking help and those who want to support the recovery community.
