  • CARE Healing Center is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual violence and human trafficking. Founded in 1978, it offers free, confidential services for individuals aged 5 and older, available 24/7. The organization provides advocacy, counseling, and support for survivors, their families, and loved ones. Formerly known as RCIS, CARE Healing Center now expands its services to include victims of human trafficking of all ages.

  • Head Start - Carroll County

    Carroll County Head Start and Early Head Start is accredited by MSDE. They are a federally funded program that serves children 6 weeks old through preschool children from low-income families. Their focus is on offering experiences that support children's mental, emotional, social, and physical development, while also providing families with resources to help them become strong, independent, and successful.
